| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Please note: a correct/complete contact telephone number must be provided, otherwise the order will NOT be processed. Errors and Omissions Exempted (E&OE). |
| Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you in a few business days, subject to stock availability; framed products usually take about a week as they are manufactured to order.All orders outside the UK are sent by Airmail, and with International Recorded delivery. Around the Christmas period please do allow extra time for you goods to be shipped as we do get extremely busy. If ordering after the 15th December you may be advised to telephone us (01253 832 967) with your order to ensure that we can supply the items required for the big day. Please note that all film cells are manufactured to order and usually take about a week to be shipped. Gold/platinum discs normally take approximately two weeks to be dispatched as they are also manufactured to order. Should the item(s) ordered not arrive within a reasonable length of time, within fourteen (14) working days from receipt of delivery confirmation email, please do contact us so that we may commence a trace on the delivery. We will do our utmost to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Please note: the rate of loss of deliveries is very small, approximately 1 in 500 items fails to arrive and it is rare for items to be damaged in transit. SHOULD YOUR ITEM NOT ARRIVE WITHIN THE DELIVERY TIME AS STATED ABOVE YOU MUST CONTACT US NO LATER THAN A FURTHER FOURTEEN (14) WORKING DAYS AFTER.
